The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• A pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, and a hands-on approach.
• Must have good recall for member recognition/relationships, and be courteous and friendly to all.
• Previous supervisory experience, along with serving, banquet events, and bar knowledge (wine and spirits).
• Experience with inventory tracking and purchasing.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with employee scheduling.
• Flexible full time availability (combination of nights, weekends, and holidays.

Daily resposibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with daily operations by helping with potential banquet/dining room setup and breakdown.
• "Table touches" throughout service to ensure the members are having an optimal experience.
• Assisting with training/scheduling of the staff.
• Communicating with the kitchen about levels of service in the dining room (increases in activity, late arrivals, etc.)
• Assisting with liquor/linen inventory to ensure a working knowledge of pars and product on hand.
• Attending weekly staff meetings pertaining to club operations and current/ongoing banquet events.
• Assisting with service as needed.
